I own an iMamba and really appreciate the design and quality of the knife.
Being a pen enthusiast, after becoming aware of the Assegai pen from Arno Bernard, I had to try it out.
The form, fit and finish are all superb. Add well thought out packaging, leather slip, T8 tool and an AB challenge coin, then you’re onto a winner.
The action of the pen is super smooth and feels great in hand. Thoughtful ergonomics and bolt design make it a joy to write with. I’ve ordered three caps and am sure that will elevate it once more.

I use pens a lot everyday and have collected many machined pens from all the big makers on the market. The machine quality, weight, and balance is very good. However, there is noticeable (moderate) degree of tip wiggle when I use Schmidt Easyflow 9000 or Jetstream SXR-600. The clip is also a bit shallow in my opinion. I hope it could be more deep carry style.
This pen is a great writing pen, perfect size and length with a fidgety clip based bolt. I love the ability to change out the end cap to match your iMamba.
